I am a fitness and wellness enthusiast who has been in the fitness industry for 2 years. Fitness has been a great love of mine for a good number of years and figured teaching would be a great way for me to share my love for the lifestyle. I feel very passionately about physical activity and the positive impact that it can have on individuals and hence I made the important decision to switch to fitness as a full time career.
My clients are predominantly female but I have never shied away from training gentlemen to whom I felt I could actively and realistically assist to help reach their fitness goals.
Approach: I provide home and gym facility based fitness programs and health coaching in a varied and balanced program that is EFFECTIVE and fun and it's very important to me that my clients enjoy their fitness session. My workouts are designed according to the client's strengths, challenges and motivation so as to meet their individual needs.
